  • Provide and maintain the Kroot platform.
  • Allow event organizers to create events and manage invitations.

  • Improve platform functionality and user experience.

3. Guest Data Processing

Event organizers are responsible for the guest lists they upload or create in the platform. Kroot processes guest information only to deliver invitations, manage RSVPs, and enable QR-based event entry.

We do not sell personal data. Information may only be shared in the following situations:

  • With trusted service providers used for hosting, messaging, analytics, or technical infrastructure.
  • When required by law or legal process.
  • If the business undergoes a merger, restructuring, or transfer of assets.
