4. Event Organizer Responsibilities
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information and the guest lists they upload. Organizers must ensure they have permission to send invitations or messages to their guests.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use the platform for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Sending spam invitations or unsolicited messages.
- Uploading harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
- Attempting to disrupt or compromise the platform’s security.
6. Messaging Services
Invitations may be delivered through third-party messaging services such as SMS or WhatsApp. Delivery depends on those providers and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, designs, and technology related to Kroot are the property of Hayah for Occasion Cards. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without permission.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
Hayah for Occasion Cards is not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or event disruptions resulting from the use of the Kroot platform.
